Canada's East Coast Overview

If your dream of a new life in a new country includes the word balance, you’ll find it here, on Canada’s East Coast. Canada’s East Coast is made up of four provinces: New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. Located on Canada’s most eastern coast, our region is a natural wonderland. There are forests, farms, fresh water rivers, numerous national and provincial parks and marvelous ocean vistas. Go camping, boating, hiking, cross-country skiing, fishing, cycling, sailing or snowmobiling... take a deep breath and relax. This is life on Canada’s East Coast.

Even with all our natural wonders, our truest treasures are those who live here. Although primarily from English, Irish, Scottish and French descent, our unique east coast upbringing has created a culture all our own. Family-oriented, community-minded, and hard working, you’ll quickly realize we are fast to lend a hand, to share a laugh or to break some bread with a new acquaintance.

WHAT OTHERS HAVE SAID

“This community is large enough to support diversity and small enough that everyone knows your name.”
- Diana Dabinett (Country of Origin: Zimbabwe)
